Overall, my weight stayed the same , but the Shoulder Surgery evaporated the Muscle Mass & Substituted with Fat.

I am going after the Dr. & complain .... maybe 🤔 not!!

Time to find some Muscle 💪💪
165.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
