Hmmm...first journal entry!My nickname really is RoseBud (from my grandfather, such a sweetheart) I am almost 52 and I just wanted to keep track of and lose weight.I tried for a few years to diet and of course failed.Now I am just trying to eat healthier and it is beginning to work.I know that if I stumble on my journey it's okay,just try , try again! Slow and steady I think is the key for me. I love going to the gym, too.Well that's all for now...
