Probably a fluke. Major whooooosh. Back to really watching my carbs (especially those sneaky buggers). Also keeping an eye on protein amounts... too high and it affects my blood sugars and weight. Sooooo... onwards and downwards.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
