Tracking my post vacation weight for my own accountability. It's easy to see how small indulgences add up to major weight gain over time. Also, as much as I really enjoyed the food my body felt so uncomfortable after eating 3,000 calories two days in a row. Doing a small fast today to help myself reset then back to my regular calories and exercise.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
