I started exercising so of course the scale reflects that i gained weight. knew that was going to happen, i'm ignoring it for now.
267.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep exercising, it will all even out in the end. I also recommend taking measurements because the scale can make you feel like nothing is doing it. But, the measurements are so much more loving. :)
