I did it!!! I lost about 3kg without feeling hungry! 28 days without chocolate, meat and warm meals! 25 days without additional fats. 28 days raw fruits and vegetables only! I'm so looking forward to my potato wedges with self-made BBQ sauce this lunch 🥰🥳🤗
133.4 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week

I just noticed you said ‘no warm meals’ so your fruit and veg diet was a raw food diet? I was doing something similar a couple of weeks back, but with steamed vegetables as well. Must admit though, i could easily get used to salads for breakfast!

Yes Jomo, raw stuff only and only the things that are easy to digest. E.g. raw zucchini wasn't in the plan. I could definitely have salad for breakfast too, but I need a proper dressing with vinegar, oil and salt. But that wasn't allowed 🙈🙈🙈 so my salad dressing was made with orange or lemon/lime juice, tomatoes, green onions, garlic and some herbs. It wasn't bad, but it was a bit lame if you know what I mean.. 😬
