Totally hope so! Just finishing one day was a mammoth effort, so hoping each day gets better from here on - I at least got to 18 hours IF and 1500 cal with less than 20g net carbs - so need to get my days and proteins right but at least o feel like I won (oh and 12000 steps again finally!)
