LOL! I think it's because he caught me taking his picture, Erq1. He's not fond of posing for pictures. I hafta catch him on the sly to get a good one.

Lonnie, I just went on you site. Dude, you are living my dream. I am totally dumbfounded, I don’t know where to begin. Ok , I know, that Christmas parade, was super cool. What were the dogs barking at during your hike? The magnificent scenery must’ve dropped my blood pressure by a couple of points. It’s extremely serene and beautiful. I’m truly happy for you that you’re living the way you are. It’s a dream. People just fantasize about doing something like this, but you are living it. Ocean girl, I'm so glad you're enjoying my pictures, and my lifestyle so much. The life I'm living is more affordable than you may think, and I encourage anyone that thinks they would like living this way to make plans to get here. It's really like being on vacation everyday. The last three years, since our retirement in 2018, have been the greatest in my life. I now know what it is to enjoy life. I sincerely wish everyone could experience this happiness I've found. I feel so lucky to be where I am, but it wasn't all luck that brought me here. It took some planning and real work.
