Fasted yesterday and I've increased my activity over the week. Doing a little couch to 5K to build my stamina back up after being really sedentary most of 2020.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
