I’ve lost about 6.5 kg in the last 7 weeks. My goal is to loose another 6.5 kg in the next 7 weeks. Do you think that’s possible ? I’m worried my weight will hit a wall at some point.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kate if you are worried you could extend it until 21st June when we come out of total lockdown and you could impress people with your new body😁

I’m planning on keeping it up past April but I’ve given myself until then for the final push. Life, when things open up again, will be more about balancing. (No alcohol or snacks since Jan, so will resume from when pubs open up again)

Kate I stopped alcohol on the 8th November 2020, the temptation will be hugh when pubs reopen!
