Yesterday fully clothed, I weighed 278. Today was my first weight as I used to weigh-in pre-pandemic. I ate a good meal the night before - grilled cod with a baked potato and green beans. Did not eat onion rings.

Am currently eating a Krispy Kreme raspberry filled donut, but it only has 270 KCal.
271.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
