going to try and incorporate exercise and see what happens. There is no way I could do this without the phentermine. The night cravings are just awful without it. very depressed lately so i went back on my wellbutrin and it helps.
filled the phentermine prescription again today ($50 for 45 pills). but not the topimax for pm ($80)
got a "control bar" sample. pretty good and its supposed to regulate blood sugar which would be helpful for me since i'm a little hypoglycemic. might buy some of those next week, they tasted pretty good actually and satisfy the chocolate bar craving. only 150 cal, 3 g fat, 1g sugar impact, 11 g protein.
the protein shakes keep my intake up. & sometimes find it easier to stay on track if I avoid "real" food.
have not eaten any simple carbs or unhealty fast food or french fries since starting. stick to grilled chicken items at wendy's/jack in the box. i have to know how many calories are in food before I eat it or forget it I way underestimate the calorie intake.
so anyway, doing okay.
