while i may not enjoy the gym is it the reason for the 1.6kg weight loss???? need to look into this a little more and do some more investigating subconciously i really hope not as i really dont enjoy the gym and i think if i want to keep up the new lifestyle i need to find exercise i enjoy otherwise i know i wont do it and i really want this
180.8 lb Lost so far: 55.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
