Thank you!! I made the epic error of getting on the scale again this morning (whhhyyyy) and it is up. I would have been happier never knowing that 🙂

True Story!! I force myself to stay away from the damn scale most mornings and end up drawn to it (just to see ya know) and I am more often than not disappointed. However.. I am wearing a dress today that used to be very snug and is much looser around the stomach, hips and arms.. So yay!

You know Taryn, I have exactly the same problem that you do and I have taken a decision to ignore the scale completely and judge my success by the fit of my clothing. Chin up girl and keep going. You will win in the end.

I know what you feel like Taryn and I have been through this more than once. I know how despondent one can get when you just don't see your weight coming down. I am obviously considerably older than what you are so my battle at the moment is rather uphill. Take a little advice here .... When you do reach your goal "size" (I am not going to say "weight") be very careful of back-sliding. That is very easy to do. If you can maintain your size for a year, your chances of picking up again are a lot slimmer. Once you become accustomed to your new way of eating, maintain that pattern. Have a cheat day once in a while and cheat properly on that day, then go back to your routine. You will find that you will be able to stick to it. My very best wishes.
