Had a bit of a plateau this week due to “time of the month” being a yoyo but back on the scale this morning img and 400g lighter ! Going to keep pushing and keep doing my best and really hope I hit my goal by April if I keep going like this 🙏🏽💪🏽
160.9 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
