Still floating between 164-167, unfortunately the loss from yesterday was all muscle mass. Time to find some Protein to feed the muscles.

2x - 150 Jump Rope + 15 Burpees

3x - 8 Neg Candle Sticks + 15Cals Assault Bike

4x - 10x TTB + SA DB Farmers carry 25m + 50x OH plate flutters

700+ Cals Burned 🥵🥵🤬🤬
165.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

H1036.....The Trainer loves to keep us thinking 😂🥵. The first set is a Timing program that everyone participates & we post on the mirrors. We see the Successes everyday.....keeps us Motivated!
