I'm back again, to fight again.
I figure I don't loose unless i give up forever and i'm not ready for that.
With that i'm having a back procedure and i have to get my blood sugar down so they can put me under.
i needed this boost to get back into my life again and try to keep getting healthier
But whatever the reason i hope i can go even further.
I gained 10 pds since Thanksgiving let's see if I can't get that off and try to go for my next 20!
260.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 125.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
