Hubby & I went for a run yesterday since the weather was so nice! We have been training for the 5K (3.11 miles) that we have registered for in April. Well, we BOTH finished in 33:37!!!!!!!!!! WHEW! Just 1 month ago, my time was 41:11!

HAPPY DANCE! HAPPY DANCE! HAPPY DANCE! :D
157.6 lb Lost so far: 62.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a great time. My race is on Sunday and I am hoping to be under 35 min. I would love to be under 30 min, but will be happy with under 35. Great job on your training!
