So so happy with this drop. I’ve worked so hard over the last 25 days. Lost 3.3kg in 25 days I can’t wait to keep going. I’m so happy 😁
164.7 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks so much. So I’m on a 1100 kal diet max. I still enjoy a lot of food and never stay hungry. I cut out sweets and chocolate and booze totally for January (I will take it up but very lightly in feb) and lastly I did the 30 day shred religiously at the same time everyday and finishing it tomorrow 😁 I’m going to keep to 20 mins body workouts every morning. I hope this helps !
