I've been up all week when though been better so glad I got some loss. I'm going to have a treat night then back on loads of walking n 5 a day
188.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1964 kcal Fat: 59.79g | Prot: 100.75g | Carb: 247.81g.   Breakfast: Egg, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Asda Gala Apple, Kingsmill White Bread. Lunch: Co-Op Onion Ring Crisps, Slimming World Hifi Salted Caramel, New York Bagel Plain Bagel, Cream Cheese. Dinner: Chicken Tikka, Tesco Plain Tortilla Wraps, Sainsbury's Red Onions, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Asda Garlic & Herb Salad Dressing, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: Walkers Baked Cheese & Onion Crisps (25g), Ham Sandwich with Spread, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Sainsbury's Skimmed-Milk. more...
