I'm hoping to break below the 60's soon,
really pushing hard for this,, its been SUCH a long time since being there and I'm very eager to get back !
133.6 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1280 kcal Fat: 38.76g | Prot: 59.08g | Carb: 163.09g.   Breakfast: Albany Low GI Wholewheat Brown Bread, Hard-Boiled Egg, Cheddar Cheese. Lunch: All Joy Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, McCain Asian Stir Fry, Tastic Basmati White Rice Cooked, Minced Beef. Dinner: Lean Minced Beef, Tastic Basmati White Rice Cooked, Kauai Citrus Glo. Snacks/Other: Safari Guava Fruit Roll, Apples , Woolworths Raw Honey, Parmalat Fabulite Fat Free Yoghurt. more...
