Having a bit of a hard time. Cutting down my calorie intake drastically and doing 30 day shred can’t seem to be loosing the weight I want and feel like it’s not moving at all. What can I do to help move this along ? (Working out every single day HIIT for 20 mins + 20 power walks. Low cal and fibre foods mostly). Please tell me what to do 😭

How do you calculate your calorie intake? Do you use a kitchen scale or do you weight your portions "by eye"?

I use a kitchen scale. But we also have Gousto so they do all the calorie counting for you which is great.

I have to admit that besides evaluating your calorie need and "doing the math" of calorie count including all snacks, condiments, cooking oils and supplements, I don't have much advice to give. Also if you take a look at anyone's weight graph you will see that weight loss is not on a straight line even on a strict diet. Myself I used to lose weight every two days, then gain one day, and so on. So don't worry if your weight loss is not constant. I hope you'll find other advice that responds better to your need...🧐

Thanks so much for your advice - to be a fair since I posted that I’ve lost a few Pounds so it definitely is working. I think I just need to keep at it and be patient. Thanks xxx
