Gained 2 lbs over the holiday season, but already losing it. This tells me I don’t have to be in a complete denial zone (no carbs) of anything enjoyable. Just moderation and allow all my new muscle mass to kick in and consume those bad calories. This way of eating/living is sustainable, and I don’t have to deny myself for the rest of my life!
175.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
