I was more on track this week again and was able to get back to 138 for today's weigh in. I worked out Monday with weights and running, and was back in the pool for a 1/2 mile swim on Tuesday. I could really feel I hadn't been in the pool for 2 weeks! It was much harder to swim when I wasn't doing it at least weekly. I seemed to get my groove back though and did ok. I didn't time myself, although I could feel I was going more slowly. I will plan to hit the gym this afternoon again for weights and running. I am fighting big time cravings with TOM coming but am trying to keep my eye on the prize and my goal ahead! I am meeting my hubby for lunch today and am in the mood for a big burger. Then I thought of how that will feel in my stomach when I try to run later- not good and too heavy! So, I think I will request McDonalds for a grilled southwest salad. It's not completely virtuous, but it is still healthy and good.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The Southwest salad sounds yummy - when one is "in the mood" for one. I watch your workout routine as a positive model to follow! Thanks for the motivation!
