Noted @xhglo :) Kalo seimbang yg komen, aku bikin dua-duanya aja apa? :)) Paling digilir hari. Yang duluan dibikin, yg banyak diminta deh. Ini lempar pertanyaan dalam rangka biar akunya ada motivasi utk bikinnya... jadi gak mager >.<

Halo gaes, maaf baru update lagi 😁. ✔ ttg labu kuning, aku sudah bikin olahan biji labu / pumpkin seeds utk jadi cemilan low kalori. Seraup tangan cuma 73 kalori. Liat di postingan terbaru ya. Utk buah labunya sendiri, mau coba aku olah siang ini. Rencananya mau bikin pumpkin puree, lalu diolah hmm... mungkin jadi pumpkin spice latte (?) Pumpkin puree itu ntar bisa dijadiin macam2 sih, termasuk pancake, ataupun olahan lain. Bebaskan dirimu 😂

✔ ttg onigiri beras merah yg low kalori, aku sudah bikin semalam. Ini skrg mau aku bikin postingannya. Check it out ya! 😉 Per pcs, kalorinya cm sekitar 55 kal (blm trmasuk saos cocolan ya krn ini kan tergantung selera tiap org)
