intermittent fasting. no desserts. no alcohol. ate chinese, not a lot. lots of eggs and siete tortillas. have not been doing fruit and vegetable shakes recently.
not keeping track of calories, protein or fiber yet.
186.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
