intermittent fasting. ate between 1230pm to 830pm. we had hot pot last night but instead of MSG filled soup base I made it with Costco chicken boullion soup base, organic and natural and only had 2 dumpling. rest was shrimp, broccoli, mushrooms and bok choy. no added sauces. really enjoyable.
desert was half a banana and peanut butter. totally satisfying
