Weigh-in went better than expected. I thought I'd see a gain of a pound or two because of TOM, but this is only 3/5ths of a pound. I can deal with that.

My stats for yesterday are off. We went to a local track day so Dave could push the limits on his car, and I got to ride shotgun. While I didn't actually have to do anything, I ended up sweating like I had from the adrenaline rush. It was a fantastic time.

Heading out to PA two weeks from now to meet up with family and friends who we haven't seen in over a year. I'm hoping to make a little more progress with my weight loss by then.
