Damages of a three week break are official. Over 5 pounds!!!!!
I hope to take it off by November 7 (4 weeks from now) If I can do a pound and a half a week I'll be back to square one. It was fun, but not worth it. Three weeks of feasting followed by 4 weeks of hard work trying to get the right mix of factors in place for ultimate fat burning. I better stay focused or it could be even more. It's all good. It's a LEARNING experience. I need to figure out how to have stability moving forward. The last thing I want is to get complacent and end up gaining those 35 pounds back. Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming.
131.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

I am pretty much in the same exact boat you're in, same 5 pound gain and everything due to an extended break in eating well, and you're right, it was fun--but not worth it...I am also worried about Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, but I keep trying to tell myself that it won't be any different than any other time, there's always some holiday or celebration of some sort coming up. But Christmas is rough, always trays of delicious snacks and desserts and things at everyone's houses.

I ate pizza for breakfast. Ya that's right. A gain always gives me that "what's the use?" attitude. So dumb. I'm going to try to get a diet buddy of mine to commit to a cast-in-stone time to meet up at the gym, and try to get out of this funk. Self pity is so unattractive!!!

Oh man, I HATE the "What's the use?" attitude, I do the same thing when I gain! But I do love pizza for breakfast...and lunch...and dinner...lol :) I wish I could find a diet buddy. I moved to a very remote location and I've been here for about a year and seriously have not met a soul, but then again, I'm a hermit and haven't made much of an effort.

Bebe, I can be a hermit too. I am trying to make an effort, but it is so easy for me to shut out the world. We just have to push ourselves out there I guess...........
