Hari ini tepat sudah aku diet selama 2,5 bulan. Dan... akhirnya sudah terlihat hilal turun lagi 😂 Turun 0.5 kg dari minggu kemarin. Total dari awal diet selama 2,5 bulan sudah turun 9 kg. MasyaAllah Tabarakallah. Masih ada peer 11 kg lagi... yoshhh!!!
167.1 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
