Despite going to the gym for the last months and working out, I haven't managed to shift any weight: why because I haven't bothered to watch what I've been eating and especially what I've been snacking on.
Let's see if I can be more disciplined over the next month.
201.7 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
