doing a deload of heavy training this week. Based on what my bodyweight has been doing as of late, going to add in two higher calorie days starting next week. will most likely put those days on my squat day and deadlift day. starting to get the bug back to start to push heavier on some lifts. have competed in powerlifting for about seven years now.... minus year 2020
