This will be my last check in until after Xmas..taking a week off exercises and a little restrictive on the calories over this coming festive time I’m happy 😊 with my weightloss progression thus far so with that hope everyone enjoys themselves..🎄🎄
165.8 lb Lost so far: 73.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
