Too much Xmas stuff & not enough exercise. Do keep calories to 1500 cal/day but need to get back to 1200 cal/day, + exercise especially strength training..
135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week

1200 calories!!! How tall are you? I've found different calculations between 1200 and 1500 for me, and I'm 5'1" tall and 41 years old.

I'm 5' 3" Age 73 I was told by dietician that if you eat less than 1200 calories/day your body will retain Fat as it thinks you are starving. My maintenance calories for Age/Height/Exercise level is 1550 cal/day. "Calorie Calculator - Mayo Clinic" Hope this helps.
