Still steady with the weight, moving 6 to 8 ounces up or down everyday.

Pounding the Grind for December due to the Team Challenge. 30+ people per Team. Luckily our Group is up 2,000 MEPs or 8,000 calories vs. competition!!


Hit the Bench Press & Assault Bike to start the day (18 min) & finished with:
• KB Farmers Carry 50m
• Pop Squats on Plate 15x
• Alt push-ups 10/side on Plate
• Kneeling Free motion Cable pulls 15x
• 4x or 12 minutes


A good 😌 700 Calorie Burn 🔥
