Nice weight maintenance level to start the weekend. Although a little hungry 🤤, coffee breaks help with the desire.


Back to the Grind this morning & the TRI Challenge was short, but demanding:
• 800 m Rowing
• 1 mile Assault Bike
• 25 Burpees
• Little over 8 minutes

Hardest part was not resting during the Burpees....that cost me at least:30secs.

Time to find my coffee ☕️
165.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
