What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: BP Coffee

Lunch: Avocados and Edamame Salad

Snack: Whole Fat Yogurt 100g

Dinner: Avocados Salad, Natto with Flaxseed meal, Broiled Mackerel, Strawberries and Nuts
101.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
