Lunch: Avocados+Edamame Salad, 2 Brie Cheese, 1.5 Crab Cakes, 1 Drumstick, 1 Wing, Pastrami, 3 Dinner Rolls with 1Tbsp Butter

Dinner: None
101.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.7 lb a week
