What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: 2 eggs with hot pepper salsa

Snack: 2Tbsp. Peanut Butter (no pic)

Late Lunch: Avocados and Edamame Salad, Baked Chicken (from Grocery store deli)

Snack: Fage Greek Yogurt 5% 200g (no pic) and Nuts (no pic)
99.9 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
