Since I was at the doctor recently last week, I was told that I was only 1 pound heavier than the scale here at my house! I weigh 124lbs. at home; 125lbs. at the doctor.
124.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
