177.5 lb Lost so far: 61.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I log a weigh-in once a week (FatSecret Friday 👍, right after a coffee and 💩, and any exercise I have sched. that morning) as more than once is overkill imho.
