Slight Weight gain, Ketones at 1.5 mmol/L, feeling moderate, sleeping is my issue now, if I can fix that then I am sure I will exceed my goals.
282.2 lb Lost so far: 57.5 lb.    Still to go: 90.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
