Hit 10,000 steps Monday, Tuesday and I will ABSOLUTELY make it happen today.
I'm VERY sore in my thighs and I added workout routines Monday and Tuesday morning ... today deep stretches to help my tight muscles. Any mindful physical activity is staying on track.
In the past I have gone too hard and burned out. I'm the queen of jumping in head first into things and this time I'm putting my toes in first. 💪😁🤳 <- that's me tracking on my fat secret app! 🙈🙉🙊
219.9 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 69.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.3 lb a week
