So after being on night shifts for 8 months, not eating properly and not having the gym for 5 months. I did my first week back on day shifts and managed to eat back in routine and have a loss this week. I'm proud of myself. Only 10kg more to lose 💪
173.5 lb Lost so far: 60.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm the same with night shifts. really messes me up. I also think my muscles are swollen the next day, my body feels heavy and tired. I have to wait a few days after a shift to get an accurate weight.
