No changes, New Day ..... COVID FREE, please? I never thought a virus 🦠 could effect so many parts of life & our society!!!


Gym is still open, but all participants are cautious in a number of aspects.


Some Mobility this morning :
• Wall Sit - 90 degree holding MB & extending 20x
• Cobra Stretches 5x
• Flutter 30x
• Hamstring Stretches:45secs
• FM Cable Tricep 16x
• DB Bicep Curl kneeling 16x
• And a few more
164.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
