Mostly water weight loss from a big long run yesterday I'm sure.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 65.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cheers @Madsie007, I snuck a peek this morning and it was back to 77.7 kg so it was dehydration as I suspected. All good tho. 👍
