So excited for to see a lower number this week. I had been somewhat worried. I'm having a hard time staying away from the christmas goodies that seem to be everywhere! My consolation as I have a treat or two? Last year I would have been eating the whole plate, and I would not have felt badly about it! Hooray for progress!
173.2 lb Lost so far: 101.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
