Should I book a table at Sea Lane cafe before it gets too cold and then we could take a walk down to ferring rife beautiful views but I bet as beautiful as you💕

Thanks Bubblegum and thanks for the offer Chestnut but whilst I'm on a roll I think I'll postpone any treats until I reach goal. I don't want to get too complacecent and I am so motivated by the numbers. I am going to lower my target a lb a week to keep that motivation going as the initial target was what I thought I could achieve when I first started but my eating behaviours have now changed and I believe that I could lose another 7lb.
