ok.had something that felt like a high BP issue today..so bak on the food plan ridgidly..giving up fish oil too..back to flax seed for my eyes..get back to 117 and stay there...protein under 28 grams and calories around 1000...it worked and will work again..
122.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
