Great WO this morning, 12 Days before FITNESS:

• 4x POP Squats
• 5x Climbers
• 6x Box Jumps
• 7x MD Slams
• 8x TTB
• 9x Rows Cals
• 10x Cable Pulls/side
• 11x Burpees
• 12x KB Swings
• 800 Cals....love it!!
165.9 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
